We are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics HOD to manage the design, development, and implementation of warehouse distribution and logistics operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and performance.
- Matric
- ND / Dip / B-degree in Logistics / SCM / Business
- 5 years' experience in warehousing / logistics / Distribution Operations
- Experience with Netsuite and Oracle systems
- Strong background in warehousing, stock management, and stock control
- Deep experience managing the full warehousing chain: receiving materials, storing raw materials (with procedural control), feeding production line, and managing finished goods storage and dispatch.
- Strong track record in stock management: cycle counts, variances, investigations, being able to lead meetings to resolve these.
- Comprehensive understanding of BOMs and finished goods packaging processes.
- Proven ability in stock control--detecting where procedures are not followed; implementing process controls; using reporting, audits, or floor-walks to enforce compliance
