Job Description
Receiving & Storing Goods:
Receive deliveries, check product quality and quantity, and ensure correct storage in the warehouse.
Label and organize stock in shelves, bins, or pallets as per company standards.
Order Picking & Packing:
Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment in an accurate and timely manner.
Ensure all items are correctly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Inventory Management:
Assist in stock taking, inventory checks, and replenishment of stock levels.
Help maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
Shipping & Dispatch:
Prepare products for delivery, ensuring the correct documentation accompanies the goods.
Assist with loading items onto delivery trucks or other transportation.
Equipment Operation:
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks to move large items or stock.
Ensure equipment is in good working condition and report any issues.
Maintaining Warehouse Safety:
Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Keep the warehouse clean and organized to prevent accidents and ensure smooth operations.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Experience:
Previous warehouse experience is preferred.Physical Fitness:
Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.Forklift Certification:
An advantage, or willingness to undergo forklift training if required.Attention to Detail:
Strong focus on accuracy, particularly with inventory management and order picking.Communication Skills:
Ability to work well with others and follow instructions.Between 1 - 3 Years
