Job Purpose
Manage and monitor all inbound, stock management and outbound administrative functions with respect to Distribution Centre which includes preparing Warehouse Management System (WMS) for all warehouse activities as well as maintenance of and stock reconciliation with the ERP in order to ensure the seamless and accurate throughput and distribution of product within the Distribution Centre and Supply Chain.
Accountabilities
- Manage and maintain space utilization to ensure that consistent functionality and longevity to ensure efficiency of the Supply Chain function
- Manage and monitor all inbound/outbound activities related to purchase order, batch creation, documentation and lot release etc. to ensure timely delivery of product/batches and accurate documentation
- Manage and maintain replenishment of stock, allocation of resources for projects, ensure alignment to SOPs and quality standards within the Supply Chain Function
- Manage clearing, storage and destruction of stock, assist in capacity planning, ensure optimum utilization of warehouse and facilities
- Customer Queries
- Housekeeping /Invoicing

- Cold Chain -DSV
- Internal -3rd Party Logistic
- FMCG
Education Qualification
- National Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related is required
- Minimum 3 years of work experience within a distribution centre environment.
- Coordination skills, problem solving skills, people skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with SAP will be an advantage
