Stettyn Family Vineyards, located between Worcester and Villiersdorp in the Western Cape, is seeking an enthusiastic and driven

Warehouse Assistant

to oversee the day-to-day operations in the storeroom. This role involves managing stock levels, receiving, and issuing of stock and to ensure the storeroom is well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Monitoring and control of the Warehouse as set out in the inventory procedures.

Oversee and coordinate daily Warehouse operations.

Receive, unpack, and store incoming stock and supplies.

Keep accurate records of inventory levels.

Ensure Warehouse is clean, safe, and compliant with Health and Safety standards.

Conduct regular stock takes and audits.

It will be expected of you to drive a forklift.

Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proficiency with inventory management systems and MS Office. Own vehicle and valid driver's license PDP License Good organizational and time management Matric certificate Fluent in both English and Afrikaans. Strong communication skills, with the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
