As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining our inventory accuracy by performing stock counts using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Syspro. Your work will help ensure smooth warehouse operations and support our supply chain efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

Proven experience in a warehouse or inventory control environment. Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Syspro. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Good numeracy and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills. Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks. Previous experience with WMS and Syspro stock management. Matric or equivalent qualification.

Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct regular and ad hoc stock counts in the warehouse using WMS and Syspro systems. Accurately record inventory data and reconcile physical counts with system records. Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, or variances to management. Assist with the investigation and resolution of inventory issues. Support the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods as required. Maintain organized and safe working areas in accordance with company policies. Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure smooth operations. * Generate and submit stock count reports as required.
