A leading glass manufacturing company based in Clayville, GP is seeking a Warehouse & Assistant Logistics & Operations Manager with a strong background in warehouse management, logistics coordination, and operations support within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven and highly organized professional to oversee warehouse operations, support logistics planning, and assist in the smooth execution of day-to-day operations. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatching, and stock management.
• Coordinate logistics functions to ensure timely delivery and distribution of products.
• Assist in planning and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock takes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to optimize workflow.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports on warehouse and logistics activities.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure high performance.

Requirements

• Matric / High School Diploma (a relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management is advantageous).
• Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, stock management, and distribution.
• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
