Our client, a leading distributor of large-format digital printing equipment, software, media, and inks across Southern Africa, is looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join their team based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.
Position Overview:
You'll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse and logistics operations including receiving, dispatching, inventory control, Assets management and ensuring efficient and safe handling of our stock.
A hands-on, assertive manager who thrives in a high-pressure environment and can take ownership of the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be confident in decision-making, able to lead by example, and maintain clear control over stock and staff.
Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) - post-matric qualification an advantage
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role
• Computer literate (MS Excel, Outlook, and Pastel stock/inventory systems)
• Forklift license advantageous
• Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Valid driver's license (Code 08 or higher)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution processes
• Maintain accurate stock control systems and perform weekly stock takes
• Supervise and lead the warehouse team (including drivers and general assistants)
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage logistics for incoming/outgoing stock and equipment - including liaising with couriers, long haul trucking companies, riggers, off site storage facilities
• Placing Pos for stock items and managing back order lists
• Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Admin, Tech) to ensure timely dispatches
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment
• Handle equipment deliveries and assist with packing for regional branches
• All warehouse and logistics administration
