We're recruiting a Hostess to join our team. In this role you will be required to provide exceptional patient meal service within hospital wards, ensuring meals are served accurately, hygienically, and in line with dietary requirements. The Ward Hostess plays a key role in enhancing patient experience through courteous and efficient service.

Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver patient meals according to prescribed diets and schedules. Maintain high standards of hygiene and infection control during food handling. Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding patient dietary needs. Ensure trays and utensils are collected and cleaned promptly. Qualifications

Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent. Previous experience in healthcare or hospitality environment advantageous. * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
