We are seeking a friendly and efficient Waitress to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage items. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner. Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction. Handle customer complaints professionally. Process payments and maintain cash register. Clean and sanitize tables and dining areas.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a waitress or in the hospitality industry is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for long periods. Ability to lift and carry heavy trays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R4500,00 - R10000,00 per month
