We are looking for a skilled and friendly waiter/waitress to join our team! This position plays a big role in creating and providing the best customer experience and satisfaction Duties and responsibilities- * provide excellent customer services * greet customers and present menus * make suggestions based on their preferences * take and serve food/drinks orders * arrange table settings * check products for quality * deliver checks and collect payments * adhere to all relevant health departments rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines Job requirements and qualifications - * 3 years of experience as waiter or waitress * experience with developing a constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers * team player * critical thinker and problem solving skills * good time management skills * active listening * good physical condition * matric certificate; food safety training will be considered a Job Type: Full-time Salary: R4,500.00 - R5,500.00 per month Education:

Experience:

• Bartending: 3 years (Required)
• Waitress: 3 years (Required)
