Job Description

We're looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter/Barista to join our team! As a Waiter/Barista, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a great dining experience for our guests. You'll also work behind the bar, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

??Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner ??Take orders accurately and efficiently ??Serve food and drinks promptly and with a smile ??Handle cash and credit transactions accurately ??Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, bars, and surrounding areas ??Develop knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods ??Make recommendations to guests and upsell when appropriate ??Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service ??Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly
Requirements:

??Previous experience as a Waiter/Barman or in a similar role ??Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ??Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask ??Knowledge of food and beverage service standards ??Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (e.g., trays, kegs) ??Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: From R5000,00 per month
