You will provide attentive, professional service while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and guest care in a refined dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus and wine lists
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items and preparation methods
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service
- Liaise effectively with kitchen and bar teams
- Clear tables efficiently and offer desserts and coffee
- Present bills accurately and handle payments
- Maintain immaculate personal hygiene and uniform standards
- Grade 12
- Minimum 1 year waiter/waitress experience, preferably in a luxury or 5-star setting
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Comfortable serving high-profile and distinguished guests
- Basic maths skills and POS experience advantageous
- Well-presented, enthusiastic, and professional
- Reliable transport required
- Flexible, accountable, and guest-focused
