Location: Paarl, Western Cape, South Africa
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused waiters to join our team. As a waiter, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring customers receive a warm welcome and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers Take food and beverage orders accurately Serve food and drinks in a timely and friendly manner Provide menu knowledge and recommendations Clear and reset tables Handle payments and operate the point-of-sale system Maintain cleanliness of service areas Assist with setup and closing procedures
Basic Requirements:
Friendly, reliable individual with good communication skills. Must have basic numeracy, strong customer service, and the ability to work under pressure. No formal qualifications required, but hospitality experience is a plus. Must be well-groomed and fluent in English.
