Requirements:

• Solid understanding of wines, including varietals, regions, and pairings.
• Familiarity with diverse cuisines, ingredients, and culinary techniques.
• Must reside in the Paarl area or be willing to relocate.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance, adhering to grooming standards and uniform guidelines.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate menu details confidently.
