Salary: Negotiable DOE
Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Waiter to join a renowned luxury wine estate located in the heart of Franschhoek. This opportunity is ideal for a hospitality professional with a passion for fine dining and exceptional guest service.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a waiter in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant environment
Fluent in Afrikaans and English, both written and spoken
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Professional appearance and demeanour
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Availability to work hospitality hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding service to all guests in line with the estate's high standards
Take food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately
Liaise effectively with back-of-house (BOH) teams to ensure smooth service
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to their requests
Contribute to a welcoming and memorable guest experience
