Provide impeccable, upmarket service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our menu offerings, including food and wine pairings.
Efficiently manage reservations, seating arrangements, and pacing of service for a seamless dining experience.
Interact with patrons in a friendly and personable manner, anticipating their needs throughout their visit.
Work collaboratively with team members, kitchen staff, and management to maintain a harmonious dining environment.
Demonstrate flexibility in working various shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Utilise wine and menu knowledge to upsell and enhance the overall guest experience.
Proven experience in providing upmarket service in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
Solid understanding of wines, including varietals, regions, and pairings.
Familiarity with diverse cuisines, ingredients, and culinary techniques.
Must reside in the Paarl area or be willing to relocate.
Maintain a polished and professional appearance, adhering to grooming standards and uniform guidelines.
Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate menu details confidently.
Display a warm, friendly demeanor and a personable approach to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
