Position Overview

We are looking for a professional and personable Experienced Waiter to join our Front of House team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end hospitality, a passion for food and wine, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive and personalised service to guests throughout their dining experience. Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and answering questions about dishes and beverages. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area. Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy. Process payments accurately and efficiently. Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Uphold the restaurant's standards of presentation, etiquette, and service.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience as a waiter in a premium or fine-dining establishment. Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Professional appearance and demeanour. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Familiarity with POS systems and reservation platforms is a plus. Wine or hospitality certifications are advantageous.
