The ideal candidate will be a mature person who can work independently without supervision as well as within at team, Demonstrate working knowledge of integrated system payroll, human resources, and accounting systems, has exceptional interpersonal skills to liaise with people at all levels, ability to recognise, analyse and resolve problems as well as deadline orientated
Duties:
Accurately load personnel details onto SAGE 300 for new starters
Capture all payroll data in line with company procedure.
Compile monthly statistics report.
Resolve pay queries timeously and provide feedback.
Administer time and attendance systems.
Assist HR with payroll information and forms required for MIBFA, UIF and Pension fund.
Provide admin support to the Senior Payroll Administrator.
Processing of weekly and monthly payrolls.
Monthly payroll related account reconciliation.
