Job Description
We're looking for a passionate and energetic Waffle Chef to join our team and help create memorable sweet (and savory!) experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of waffles to order using company recipes and presentation standards Operate waffle irons and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and food prep areas at all times Package orders neatly and accurately for takeaway or delivery Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and ordering Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are met Work well under pressure during busy periods
Requirements
Previous experience in a kitchen, cafe, or dessert bar preferred (waffle or pastry experience a plus) Food hygiene certification or willingness to obtain one Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holiday shifts Team player with good communication skills
