In this role, you will:




Ensure that all Wadding received is stored well, ensure that wadding before issued is neatly dressed and no quality defects. Conduct daily Counts to ensure that the Wadding in the Wadding Store is aligned to SAP. Collecting and issuing of wadding using either clamp or prong truck. Process all issued wadding rolls on SAP and verify with scale log sheet and MES. Ensure all NCRs wadding rolls are removed from Converting floor after all the document has been received.

Main responsibilities:



Maintain good safety, housekeeping, storage and stacking standards in the Wadding Store. Understand the process of capturing Wadding Issued on the system and capturing the returned to the Wadding Store on SAP, including NCRs. Ensure all NCRs wadding rolls are removed from Converting floor after documentation received Maintain good housekeeping inside wadding store warehouse Daily neatly dressing of wadding rolls preparation before issuing Support in conducting Daily Cycle Counts on all Wadding items with movements, investigate any discrepancies identified and correct accordingly. Ensure that all wadding rolls are stacked in accordance with FIFO process Ensure that the Wadding Store is always ready for stock count. Take part in Monthly and Quarterly Counts. Cover Wadding Drivers as and when needed. Stand in for the Inventory Controller in absentia. Load wadding trucks as required

Grade 12 with a minimum of one year's experience in wadding stores

Wadding collection and issuing using either prong truck or clamp truck

Stacking of wadding using 7 tons clamp experience

One-year valid license of clamp and prong trucks
