Job Description
- VP Operations
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the operations team
- Develop and implement operational plans and policies
- Monitor and improve operational processes and procedures
- Ensure the achievement of operational objectives and targets
- Oversee the budgeting, financial management, and cost control efforts
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize resource allocation
- Identify areas of improvement and implement appropriate solutions
- Manage and motivate a team of operational staff
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and quality standards
- Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks
- Managing Operation of 2000 FTE
- Must have BPO experience
- Prior experience in Insurance or Travel campaigns/ Account
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Matric
- Cannot be under debt review
- SA citizen or PR with SA ID
- Prior experience in Insurance or Travel campaigns/ Account
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
- Familiarity with quality management systems
- Experience in working with international clients or teams
