- VP Operations

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to the operations team
  • Develop and implement operational plans and policies
  • Monitor and improve operational processes and procedures
  • Ensure the achievement of operational objectives and targets
  • Oversee the budgeting, financial management, and cost control efforts
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize resource allocation
  • Identify areas of improvement and implement appropriate solutions
  • Manage and motivate a team of operational staff
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and quality standards
  • Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks
  • Managing Operation of 2000 FTE
  • Must have BPO experience
  • Prior experience in Insurance or Travel campaigns/ Account
Essential Qualifications and Requirments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Matric
  • Cannot be under debt review
  • SA citizen or PR with SA ID
Desired Experience:
  • Prior experience in Insurance or Travel campaigns/ Account
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
  • Familiarity with quality management systems
  • Experience in working with international clients or teams
