Job Summary Responsibilities and/or Accountabilities

Qualifications and Qualities:

Effectively create development tickets based on developer requirements
Translate customer requirements into development plans
Maintain and update project roadmap and meet all development deadlines NEED THE EXPERIENCE AND SKILL TO DO THIS ACCURATELY
Extensive experience with Generative AI and LLMs, with specific experience in RAG based systems and Agentic design
Ability to manage and make best use of small, dispersed development team
Ability to translate CTO vision into reality and communicate effectively to all stakeholders
Be able to diagram effectively to show various workflows for products and processes
Be very familiar with Agile process and TDD
Be a master of Checklists and very detail and process oriented to ensure that success is easily replicated, and processes are always able to be analyzed for improvement
Able to argue with superiors when disagree, present best case, and then support final decision 110%.
Should understand the business of software and platform development and understand that all development should have a direct return on investment.
Ability to both maintain steady focus on priorities and to deliver quick bespoke solutions based on sales opportunities.
