Role Context

Lead IT at the regional level and provide input to and lead the implementation of functional strategy to drive functional priorities and deliver systems/ applications development, hardware acquisition and integration requirements in line with overall regional business strategy and objectives, and Group guidelines and policies

Key Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for Data Protection as the Regional Data Protection Officer
• Formulate the region's IT strategy in line with regional business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies
• Set direction and drive preparation and execution of IT plans, roadmaps and migration strategy for IT platform/ infrastructure and applications
• Lead coordination and control highly strategic activities and initiatives across the region with significant impact on overall results and very high business risk potential
• Drive effective and efficient delivery of all IT services and solutions within the region aligned with the overall business strategy needs
• Lead planning and delivery of all major IT projects including integration projects at the regional level
• Direct the delivery of agreed programs and projects within quality, time, cost and constraints within the region
• Evaluate and prioritize improvements to the regional IT portfolio taking into account available resources
• Control adherence to IT governance mechanisms, optimize operational quality and consistency of the IT systems for the region within overall corporate guidelines
• Steer performance and build relations with IT service providers for operational success
• Lead IT interface for the region, develop strong business and IT relationships to provide co-ordination, direction and interaction with business to meet their needs and resolve issues
• Introduce and embed world class IT operations and practices at the regional level
• Deliver innovation that effects the way the region is operating, making money or managing people

Minimum Requirements

Education & Experience

• Master's degree
• Experience more than 8 years
