VOIP & Desktop Support Engineer (Minimum 5 - 7 years helpdesk experience required)

Purpose of your role:



Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant environments software and support policies to provide accurate solutions to customers.

Provide (first/second/third) line helpdesk support to our customers.

Microsoft Windows Server , VMware and Linux Servers

Office 365

Anti-Virus

Backups

VoIP

Firewalls

Networking

Printers

CCTV

Qualifications

Matric

Relevant I.T qualifications

IT Glue experience (Advantageous)
