KZNxe2x80x99s award winning Vodacom Franchise Dealer with 12 Stores is looking for a Senior dynamic Technical Support Consultant for our revamped Vodacom 2.0 Lite Store in Brookside Mall. We are looking for an experienced, self motivated and customer orientated Senior Technical Support consultant to foster efficient sales and after sales service.

You are not only there to assist to fix technical issues, but also provide an incredible customer experience. The core focus areas of a Senior Technical Support consultant is to ensure self discipline and leadership of the Tech Bar and ensuring a customer's device is set up and customer walks out working, trouble shooting mobile devices and routers, device switch and transfer, provide training to customers on their mobile devices, laptops, routers and wearables. Selling accessories as well as insurance and Fibre. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: xc2xb7 Matric or Equivalent xc2xb7 A+ Qualified (MCS experience ) and N+ xc2xb7 Minimum 5 years professional technical troubleshooting expertise or proven technical ability. xc2xb7 High end Mobile Retail experience especially iOS, Smartphone, Tablet, PC and Mac experience xc2xb7 Tech Savvy xc2xb7 Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience xc2xb7 Able to effectively tailor conversation to differing customers xc2xb7 Be a team player where expertise is shared with the team and feedback is welcomed xc2xb7 Able to research and grasp technical information across multiple devices and operating systems xc2xb7 Minimum 5 years experience in front line customer facing service xc2xb7 Minimum 5 years in IT environment within hardware and system support xc2xb7 Minimum 5 years mobile device support in apps/data transfer, software upgrades, email set up, diagnostics on mobile systems and failures with repair solutions and social media installations xc2xb7 Microsoft packages install and basic trouble shooting on lap tops xc2xb7 Implementation of Anti virus software on devices xc2xb7 Passion for Technology xc2xb7 Cellular sales experience xc2xb7 Vodacom M2, C3D and VCP system experience will be advantageous Trouble shoot laptops and set up with software Book in repairs and assess out of box failures. Customer Care - log and resolve all customer care issues Able to sell device accessories Insurance sales after successful probation Fibre and LTE sales after successful probation Basic plus best commission structure (salary negotiable based on experience) STORE TRADING HOURS: Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm Saturday: 9am - 5pm Sunday: 9am - 3pm Ensure that you upload your detailed updated CV with 1 page motivation of why you are the best person for this opportunity.
