Job Description
Qualifications required:
- Degree, Diploma or Certificates in retail, visual merchandising, fashion or similar
- A minimum of 3 year experience in visual merchandising
- Homeware experience is beneficial
- A passion for dxc3xa9cor and interior design
- Valid drivers license and transport due to required store visits
- An excellent eye for presenting all collections
- Excellent communication skills
- Business etiquette
- Professional, resilient and enthusiastic
- Detail and deadline orientated
- Monthly in-store merchandising
- Merchandising and set ups for all events (promos, sales, new stores, etc.)
- Working with planner to ensure accurate stock levels and products are on the floor.
- Continuous campaign updates
- Ensure relevant staff members are trained on merchandising standards
- Track performance of the various styles and ensure trending styles are always positioned to increase sales.
- Ensure hard copies and electronic lookbooks are implemented, updated and up to standard.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards across all showrooms within the coastal region.
