Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Tell the story:

Turn campaigns, product drops, and brand moments into powerful in-store displays that connect style with sport.

Own new beginnings:

Bring our visual layers into new store openings and work closely with procurement to make it happen.

Set the standard:

Keep our stores looking sharp by driving visual consistency that meets both brand and business goals.

Roll out big moments:

Support national windows and campaign executions, working alongside marketing, buying & operations teams.

Lead with trends:

Translate seasonal direction and global sport style into visuals that resonate with the Totalsports athlete.

Empower stores:

Equip teams with the tools, training & confidence to deliver winning displays every day.

Drive performance:

Use sales insights & feedback from the field to refine and improve our visual game.

Qualification and Experience:



Matric / Grade 12 (essential) Minimum 1 year of Visual Merchandising experience (essential) 2-3 years of in-store Fashion Retail experience (essential) Field/Roaming visual experience (preferred) A qualification in Fashion, Marketing, Retail Management or Business (advantageous)

Skills:



Strong planning & organisational skills Excellent communication in English Ability to persuade & influence Solid business acumen Computer literacy (Outlook & Microsoft Office)
