Introduction
A leading fashion retailer is looking for a talented and driven Visual Department Manager to join their team. In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for planning and executing compelling visual displays in collaboration with commercial departments, ensuring the store reflects the brand's identity and enhances the customer shopping experience.
Description
Duties & Responsibilities

• Timeously communicate marketing material for promotions to all store staff.
• Create visual displays in line with the visual manual, in-store booklet and beautiful VM booklets to maximize sales.
• Monitor current customer profiles and observe customers to influence visual displays and feedback changes or trends.
• Manage the timeous distribution and implementation of ticketing and decor.
• Manage and maintain all visual equipment to ensure availability.
• Apply quality of detail to visuals in line with the visual manual
• Control visual expenditure in line with budget parameters.
• Minimize waste and control stock usage to prevent shrinkage.
• Develop, recruit, retain and lead a competent and motivated store visual team.
• Create and improve the general ambiance of the store.
• Conduct performance and development discussions with the team.

Education Profile
Candidate's Requirements:

• Matric
• Driver's License
• Applicants must reside in Johannesburg or Surrounding areas.
• Retail qualification would be advantageous.
• 2 -3 years' experience within a Visual role.
• 2-3 years' solid management experience within the fashion environment.
