Job Description

We are seeking Virtual Sales Administrators located in South Africa to support a U.S.-based Law Practice. Prior experience in the legal field is preferred but not required. Candidates must be fluent in English, confident in communicating professionally, and comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls.


As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for clients. Your focus is to ensure every caller feels comfortable, guided, and well-informed. In this role, you will handle a variety of receptionist and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities



Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, redirect calls, or take detailed messages. Respond to client inquiries and assist with concerns or complaints. Gather and record the required information from callers. Prepare and manage outgoing mail. Organize, sort, and forward emails. Update and maintain records and files. Provide general administrative and clerical support.

What We're Looking For



Fluency in English, with clear, professional communication. Previous experience in customer service, reception, call center, administration, or client-facing roles (legal experience is a plus, but not required). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in sensitive situations. Comfortable gathering detailed information and delivering accurate messages. Tech-savvy and familiar with common online platforms, virtual collaboration tools, and email communication. Ability to stay organized and manage multiple calls and tasks at once. Professional, adaptable, and solutions-focused. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote work environment.
