Position Overview

This is a fully remote, full-time sales role focused on real estate acquisitions. As an Acquisitions Closer, you will take qualified inbound leads, negotiate directly with motivated sellers, and secure profitable contracts. We want closers who treat this like a performance role, not a clock-in job.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM EST Flexibility for evenings and weekend calls when needed

Key Responsibilities

Engage with inbound seller leads, qualify them, and build rapport Make competitive offers and negotiate win-win outcomes Stay on top of your pipeline with consistent follow-ups Keep CRM (Podio) notes updated and organized Work closely with our internal team to bring contracts to the finish line

What We're Looking For

We're searching for a true closer. Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the pressure and reward of a performance-driven role.

Qualifications:

1+ year of acquisitions, wholesaling, or investment real estate experience 1-2 years of sales experience (phone or high-ticket preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong emotional intelligence and sales instincts Self-starter with a reliable remote setup CRM fluency; Podio experience is a bonus Prior sports, military, or entrepreneurial backgrounds are a plus

Compensation

Base salary:

$1,300 per month

Commission bands (all-in once a band is hit, not marginal):

3% of total monthly revenue if the revenue is between $0 and $74,999. 4% of total monthly revenue if the revenue is between $75,000 and $99,999. 5% of total monthly revenue if the revenue exceeds $100,000.
