Key Responsibilities:

Manage a wide range of requests and provide tailored services related to travel, dining, events, and more. Utilize your local knowledge to offer insightful recommendations and bespoke solutions to our members. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Conduct thorough research and analysis to curate the best options for members' desires. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall service offering to our members, promoting all facets of Ten Group. Document all interactions and keep comprehensive records of requests to ensure continuity and personalization in service. Actively contribute to the team's success by sharing insights and experiences. Deliver exceptional customer service and receive valuable feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Personliche Betreuung unserer Mitglieder und Bearbeitung vielfaltiger Anfragen rund um Reisen, Restaurants, Events, Freizeit und besondere Wunsche Nutzung Ihrer lokalen Kenntnisse und Ihres Gespurs fur Qualitat, um individuelle Empfehlungen und massgeschneiderte Erlebnisse zu gestalten Aufbau vertrauensvoller, langfristiger Beziehungen durch aufmerksamen, zuverlassigen und diskreten Service Sorgfaltige Recherche, um fur jeden Wunsch die besten und passendsten Optionen zu finden Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleginnen und Partnern, um ein nahtloses, hochwertiges Serviceerlebnis zu gewahrleisten und das gesamte Leistungsangebot der Ten Group erlebbar zu machen
Dokumentation aller Anfragen und Interaktionen, um eine kontinuierliche, personliche Betreuung sicherzustellen Aktiver Austausch im Team, Teilen von Ideen, Empfehlungen und Service-Best-Practices Begeisternder Kundenservice auf hochstem Niveau sowie der konstruktive Umgang mit Feedback zur stetigen Weiterentwicklung

Requirements

Fluency in both

English

and

German

, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Experience in customer service, concierge, or lifestyle management, preferably within the luxury sector. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in online research and resourcefulness in problem-solving. Passion for customer service and a keen understanding of luxury lifestyles. Ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalized service to enhance their experiences. Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence in all aspects of work. Willing to work permanent weekend shifts.

Working Pattern:

This position is offered on a part-time (60% FTE) basis, with a total of 24 hours per week. The role is primarily focused on weekend coverage, with mandatory shifts on Saturday and Sunday. In addition, coverage is required on either Monday or Friday.


The working pattern can be arranged as three full working days or, alternatively, reduced hours spread across additional days during the week. Specific shift times and the final working pattern will be agreed upon during the interview process.


To support this shift pattern,

weekend allowances and late-shift allowances

are provided, making this arrangement particularly lucrative and attractive.

Ihr Profil / Ihre Qualifikationen

Fliessende Sprachkenntnisse in
