Grade 12 / Matric
Tertiary Qualification - A+ / MCSE / relevant IT National Diploma
Min 5 years experience within a desktop support role with proven experience providing VIP or executive-level IT support, ideally within a corporate or enterprise environment.
Strong proficiency in macOS, with hands-on experience in Mac hardware/software troubleshooting and configuration.
Good understanding of Windows 10/11 support and Microsoft 365 suite.
Knowledge of Browsers ( Edge, Chrome etc.) as well asCell phones and Mobile Devices across various brands
Understanding of a Microsoft Server; Azure Cloud and Windows AD environments
Knowledge of SMS/SCCM/Intune software deployments and packaging as well as ITIL Framework
Must have aValid Driver's Licence
