This position is for young energize person with creative ideas to help our school grow.

The ideal candidate has artistic vision, story narration/crafting, and video editing software experience and will be responsible for processing and communicating key clips through text, video, and visuals.

We as a campus needs to capture the true side of our school and how we impact the lives of our children.

Responsibilities
- Film during Campus Lessons, engagements and events, both online and in-person.
- Edit and splice videos to create polished and engaging final products.
- Produce high-quality, platform-specific videos for social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Ensure all video content reflects our mission, values, and brand voice.
- Transform raw footage into visually appealing, cohesive stories that resonate with audiences.
- Add graphics, text overlays, subtitles, and animations to enhance video engagement and accessibility.
- Stay informed about social media trends to create fresh, relevant content.
- Manage multiple video projects with tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Upload videos across all social media channels with inspiring, clear messaging that amplifies our mission.

Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in filming and video editing, with a focus on creating content for social media platforms.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software available
- Social Media Expertise: Proven ability to craft engaging and impactful video content tailored to social media audiences.
- Audience Focus: Skilled at creating content that resonates with High School and Parents audiences and aligns with organizational values.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong visual design skills with excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational capabilities.
- Equipment: Must have access to personal video equipment and reliable transportation.
- Mission Alignment: Full support of our mission and vision.
- Creative Storytelling: A strong creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
- Preferred Experience: Familiarity with educational messaging or work within a mission-driven organization.
