The Role
We are looking for a smart, tech-savvy, and dedicated Video Editor with a strong marketing mindset. This is not just about cutting and trimming -- we need someone who knows how to create content that sells. You will be editing videos for eCommerce ads, social media content, and high-conversion creatives that drive results.
Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for eCommerce, paid ads, and social media (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram).
• Create engaging, scroll-stopping content that maximizes conversions.
• Understand and apply marketing principles such as hooks, storytelling, pacing, and retention.
• Work closely with the team to translate marketing briefs into high-impact videos.
• Stay updated with new tools, AI technology, and creative trends.
• (Bonus) Review and analyze performance data to optimize future creatives.

Ideal Profile
Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor for eCommerce, ads, and social media.
• Strong understanding of marketing-focused editing -- not just technical skills.
• Creativity combined with a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work well with a team, take direction, and contribute ideas.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Intelligent, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Familiarity with AI tools for editing is a big plus.
