Eduvos is looking to employ a Video Editor and Studio Technician on a permanent basis at any of our National campuses.
Type of role:
Permanent
Purpose of the role:
To coordinate all the technical aspects of a studio shoot, maintain stock, and to handle Autocue operations. Post-production: Editing, color correcting and sound editing of material from script to complete product.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in broadcasting or a similar field
- At least 5 years' experience in field as video editor
- Handle audio and video equipment (screens, microphones, lighting, cabling, etc.)
- Handle all autocue operations - convert scripts into text format for the teleprompter
- Post-production mixing tasks on ad hoc basis
- Editing and enhancing of recordings, edit promos, module videos and other content
- Send and receive audio from streaming platforms
- Strong computer skills set
- Must be able to use Adope and Teleprompter software
