Job Description
TAH (The Animal Hospital & Vetshop) is looking for a Relief receptionist to join their fab team for the Practices in the Southern Suburbs. TAH is a growing and employee-centred network of vet practices committed to building motivated teams who create happy clients and healthy pets.
The receptionist is often the first contact a pet owner has with a practice and is therefore a critical role in determining the client experience and reputation of the practice in their local community.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service.
Manage the customer experience at the appointment and on the telephone.
Coordinate reception operations: Complete front office reception processes accurately, Maintain back office admin processes accurately, Oversee reception and shop area
Requirements and skills:
: Grade 12
: Travel across the respective practices in the Southern Suburbs
: 2-3 years' experience in a client facing role. Previous experience in a veterinary practice is an advantage.
: Bilingual (English & Afrikaans), Computer Literate, Product Knowledge, Switchboard, Flexibility
