Overseeing the daily operational and administrative functions of the practice.
Managing and supporting staff, including scheduling, performance management, and team development.
Ensuring compliance with practice policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Maintaining excellent client service standards and handling client queries or concerns professionally.
Supporting financial and stock control processes, including budgeting and ordering.
Working closely with the veterinary team to create an efficient, positive, and collaborative work environment.
Contributing to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives within the practice.
Previous experience in the veterinary field
Greet and assist clients with a welcoming smile
Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate patient records
Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth operations
Handle payments and financial transactions
Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners
