Job Description
Assist veterinarians in providing high-quality care to small animals
Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed by veterinarians
Perform laboratory tests, diagnostic procedures, and imaging techniques
Monitor patients during surgeries and recovery
Educate pet owners on proper animal care and medication administration
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Veterinary Nursing Diploma or BVet Nursing Degree (University of Pretoria)
Registration with the South African Veterinary Council (SAVC)
Solid background in anaesthesiology and patient care
Previous experience operating CT equipment or in cardiology, veterinary medicine, or critical care will be advantageous
Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
Between 3 - 5 Years
