Saturday: 08:00 12:00Positions Available:1Key Responsibilities:Store Operations:Open and close the store according to set trading hours.
Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and ready for customers at all times.
Manage sales, profitability, and customer relationships.
Handle Krugerrand, Cast Bar, and Minted Bar orders in collaboration with Head Office.
Ensure accurate stock levels on POS and report any discrepancies.
Communicate POS-related changes and issues to the Operations Manager.
Coordinate inventory management and liaise with the Financial Manager for out-of-budget requests.Customer Service:Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and compliments professionally.
Maintain a high standard of service and a professional store environment.
Participate in in-store marketing initiatives and brand promotions.
Ensure timely and professional communication with customers via email and phone.Compliance & Procedures:Ensure all sales and purchase documents are correctly completed and uploaded to POS.
Assist with store audits and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Escalate unusual transactions to the appropriate person.
Ensure cash books are correctly recorded and managed.Inventory Management:Maintain accurate stock control and follow all procedures.
Obtain approval notes for sales and ensure no discrepancies.Minimum Requirements:Matric Certificate
At least 5 years of experience in sales and customer service
Strong computer skills, particularly in ExcelSkills & Attributes:Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Customer-focused and professional
Ability to perform under pressure
Effective time management and leadership
Detail-oriented and organized
