Responsible for enquiries and reservations, check-in/check-out, guest payments and front desk services

General reception duties and administration
/p
/li
li
p
Co-ordination of events (weddings and corporate functions)
/p
/li
li
p
Supervising and coordinating lodge staff (housekeeping, breakfast services and venue maintenance)
/p
/li
li
p
Responsible for stock-control and inventory
/p
/li
li
p
Assist with the on-line marketing of the lodge
/p
/li
li
p
Act as Assistant Lodge Manager
/p
/li
/ul

Minimum requirements

Previous experience in hospitality
/p
/li
li
p
Previous supervisory experience will be a benefit

All-rounder, hands-on person

/li
li

Excellent administrative skills

Neat, and presentable

People person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent telephone etiquette

Excellent guest relations

Ability to work hospitality hours (including over weekends when required for events)
