Job Description
Job Summary o Grade 12/NQF Level 4 certificate is essential. o Chamber of Mines Intermediate Certificate in Mine Environmental Control is required. o Certificate in Environmental Health will be advantageous. o Certificate in Occupational Hygiene will be advantageous. o Certificate in Occupational Hygiene Risk Assessment will be advantageous. o Certificate in Occupational Hygiene Legislation will be advantageous. o Associated member - Mine Ventilation Society of South Africa. o Minimum of 5 years' experience in a trackless, and conventional underground mining environment, with practical experience in the Ventilation and Occupational Hygiene field is essential o Must have own transport and a valid driver's license o Good general health AND requires a certificate of fitness (red ticket).
