Purpose of the Job
To provide outstanding customer service by assisting with vending-related queries and ensuring machines are fully stocked and operational.
To manage vending stock replenishment, monitor product availability, and report shortages, faults, or discrepancies.
To maintain cleanliness and order around vending machines and storage areas, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Vending Operations
Restock vending machines daily, ensuring product availability and correct rotation (FIFO).
Ensure correct pricing and attractive product display.
Monitor and report stock levels, shortages, or expired items to management.
Assist with the setup and maintenance of promotional displays.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene around vending areas.
Comply with food safety, HACCP, and health & safety standards.
Report any equipment faults or hazards immediately.
Customer Service
Respond politely and professionally to customer and client queries.
Report complaints or product issues promptly.
Promote a positive Sodexo brand experience.
Administrative Duties
Record stock usage, losses, and assist with reporting on vending operations.
Support the canteen and operational team as required.
