Vehicle Service Advisor At Motor Dealership

Job Description
Purpose of the position- Assisting clients with service bookings
- Meeting with client and booking vehicle in for service
- Obtaining authorizations from clients and/or motor plans
- Invoicing
- Ensuring a high level of Customer Service
- Doing follow-up with clients
- Processing warranty claims
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 Years previous experience
- Minimum of Grade 12
- Excellent customer skills
- Computer literate
- Must have a valid driver's license for more than two years
- Reside in the Vaal Triangle.
- Ability to function independently and under pressure.
- Work long hours
- Team player
- Target driven
