Key Responsibilities:
Drive vehicle sales (auction) to hit monthly targets.
Lead and manage a motivated sales and auction team.
Oversee stock pricing, reconditioning, and auction performance.
Use Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline, leads, and performance tracking.
Build strong relationships with retail buyers and motor traders.
Ensure full FICA, CPA, and company process compliance.
Report daily on sales activity and auction results.
Requirements:
5+ years in vehicle sales; 2+ years in a management role.
Experience in vehicle auctions or wholesale trading is essential.
Strong leadership, closing, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Target-focused and thrives in high-pressure environments.
