Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in the showroom or on the floor and establish their vehicle needs.
Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
Match customer requirements with available stock and vehicle features.
Negotiate terms of sale including pricing, finance options, trade-in values, and extras.
Complete all relevant sales documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
Follow up with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all models, features, pricing, and market trends.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's overall performance.
Maintain a high level of customer service and represent the dealership professionally.
Maintain customer records using CRM tools and manage all follow-up tasks diligently.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
Proven experience in vehicle or retail sales (at least 3-5 years, preferably in the motor industry)
Valid driver's license (Code 8/B)
Clear criminal and credit record
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Presentable and professional demeanor
Self-motivated and target-driven
Proficient in basic computer systems (CRM, MS Office, email)
