Job Description

  • Develop a strong network within the region.
  • Maintain an updated customer database by interacting with active and non-active customers.
  • Conduct customer visits with current and prospective customers including visits with management.
  • Ensure that the entire deal is concluded from quotation process through to delivery.
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is collected and submitted timely.
  • Ensure the trade-in process (if applicable) is completed & signed off before completion of the deal.
  • Ensure that all administration required is obtained and completed.
  • Ensure payment is received timely from customers.
  • Achieve sales targets Analyse trends and needs.
  • Achieve & Increase market share.
Qualifications:
  • Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.
Skills:
  • Attend training courses, ensuring that they contribute and successfully pass.
  • Pro-active, highly motivated and pay attention to detail.
  • Work well under pressure and maintain good customer relations.
  • Process orientation and compliance skills.
  • Encourage Team Work.
  • High level communication, interpersonal relations and negotiation skills.
  • Time Management Skills.
  • Good understanding of operational aspects of the business.
  • Customer focused with a results driven approach.
  • EC or EC1 drivers licence.
Experience:
  • Experience in the same/similar role - 3 years.
