A well-established and fast-growing independent motor group is expanding and looking for an additional Vehicle Management Clerk to join their diligent Admin team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone who already has some junior motor industry experience and is eager to learn, develop, and build a solid foundation within a thriving group. In this role, you will be involved in vehicle invoicing and general vehicle administration, assisting with payment packs, loading, scanning, and managing deal-related documentation, as well as auditing deal files to ensure accuracy and compliance. Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
Some Admin experience in a franchised motor dealership
A basic understanding of a DMS (Evolve, Drive, CDK, etc.)
Strong administrative skills and computer literacy
Fluent in English & Afrikaans
Exceptionally well groomed and presented
A stable work history
Reliable and contactable references
