This role growing, managing, and retaining both new and existing fleet customers to meet and exceed sales volumes. The successful candidate will implement structured sales activities and processes aligned with operational plans to deliver exceptional customer service and increase overall profitability.
You'll be responsible for actively promoting the dealership and brand in the targeted market, penetrating the vehicle fleet sector with professionalism and strategic intent, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining existing relationships to drive unit sales and first gross profit.
Remuneration:
Market Related, depending on experience plus Lucrative performance-based Incentive - Benefits including Provident Fund, Medical Aid, Company Vehicle and Fuel Allowance
