Job Description
Our client in Pretoria is seeking a Vehicle Finance and Insurance (F&I) Assistant YES Intern to join their team.

The candidate will provide administrative support to the F&I department, ensuring smooth documentation flow, customer coordination, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the F&I Manager with daily administrative and compliance tasks.
- Prepare, scan, and file documentation for vehicle finance applications.
- Ensure all customer documents are accurate and complete.
- Liaise with customers regarding outstanding documents or application progress.
- Capture, update, and maintain customer information on dealership systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with POPIA requirements.
- Support general dealership administration as required
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Customer service focused.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, well-spoken, and well-presented.
- South African Citizen.
- Unemployed youth aged 18-30 meeting the YES Programme criteria.
- Completed Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing / Finance.
- Valid Driver's License (not negotiable)
- Have not completed a yes programme before.
