Vehicle Evaluator
Job Description
We have a vacancy for a Vehicle Evaluator at a well-established, fast-paced dealership in Johannesburg.
Duties: Conducting vehicle inspections: Examining both the mechanical and cosmetic condition of vehicles, noting any damage or wear and tear; Determining repair costs: Assessing the extent of damage and estimating the cost of necessary repairs; Evaluating market value: Researching current market values for specific makes and models of vehicles to determine their fair market price; Preparing detailed reports: Creating comprehensive reports that document the vehicle's condition, damage, repair estimates, and market value; Interacting with clients and stakeholders: Communicating with clients, insurance companies, dealerships, and other relevant parties regarding the vehicle's condition and value.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as Vehicle Evaluator and Buyer.
- Experience working in a Vehicle Dealership and with brands like Ford, Kia, Toyota, Nissan etc.
- Excellent knowledge of the used car market and Pricing of vehicles.
- Good customer relationship and communication skills.
- Target driven.
- Clear criminal record and contactable references.
